We used Legacy Plumbing for the first time today on the recommendation of one of our neighbors. Jessica in the office was extremely pleasant and helpful each time I called. Matt was our technician and he called to let us know he would be arriving a little earlier than the initially provided two hour window. Matt was the most knowledgeable and professional plumber we have ever dealt with. He performed the repairs efficiently and his communication throughout the process was fantastic. Legacy Plumbing has outstanding customer service and competitive pricing along with warranties on service. First of all we secured 4 estimates from different local plumbers to replace our 40 gallon home water heater. Legacy was the 2nd most affordable quote. The business with the best quote did not offer the same warranties. What made us choose Legacy in the first place is that they took the time to read my email and carefully address every question or concern we had whereas the other 3 companies did not come close to doing. Colton and Steve installed our heater. Colton interacted with me the most and he was extremely kind and professional. He answered all questions, demonstrated some things and answered competently and patiently. The final price was actually a bit under what was quoted and after install, a company rep called to ask if everything went well with the install and I told him we were extremely happy. This company wants happy customers and strives to go beyond the customers' expectations.
